1. What this is
Obsidian Tasks Sync ("the app") is a free, personal, non-commercial utility that synchronises a single individual's Google Tasks with their own Obsidian note vault. It is provided as-is, primarily for its author's own use.
2. Acceptable use
By authorising the app you agree to use it only with a Google account you control, and not to use it to access anyone else's data or to circumvent any Google policy or rate limit.
3. No warranty
The app is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Synchronisation may fail, lag, or resolve a conflict in a way the user did not intend. The user is responsible for keeping their own backups.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss of data, loss of tasks, or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
5. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by revoking its access at Google Account permissions and deleting the local copy. The author may discontinue the app at any time.

These terms may change; the current version is always published on this page.
